Forward Deployed Software Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain scalable cloud-based applications using Java/Python/Golang.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, security, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with customers to understand their feedback and provide timely resolutions.

Job Requirements :

• 6.5-9 years of experience in software development with expertise in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
• Strong understanding of Java programming language or willingness to learn it quickly.
• Experience working on large-scale projects involving customer interactions through various channels (email/chat/phone).
• Proficiency in Python or Golang programming languages is an added advantage.
