For BTLEPC, Maintenance Fitter (Mechanical/Electrical)

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Fitter with 3 to 12 years of experience to join our team in the Shrachi Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical maintenance and be able to ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machines, tools, and utilities.

Roles and Responsibility

• Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machines, tools, and utilities.
• Maintain equipment such as CNC machines, rolling mills, welding lines, presses, furnaces, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and optimize production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

• ITI/Diploma/Others degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
