Flutter Developer/Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter Developer with 5-12 years of experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter.

The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms. The role requires hands-on experience in Flutter, Dart, mobile application architecture, state management, API integration, CI/CD, performance optimization, and application deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Develop responsive and reusable UI components for Android and iOS platforms.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
• Implement robust state management solutions using Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Manage application releases and deployments to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Work closely with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, QA teams, and backend developers.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and automation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and mobile development trends.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart
• Experience in developing and deploying applications for Android and iOS
• Expertise in REST API integration and JSON parsing
• Strong knowledge of State Management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, GetX)
• Experience with Mobile Application Architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Responsive UI development and performance optimization
• Experience with Firebase (Push Notifications, Analytics, Crashlytics)
• Version control using Git
• CI/CD implementation and release management
• Debugging, profiling, and application optimization
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Native Android development using Kotlin/Java
