Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter with clean architecture principles
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features efficiently
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions
- Utilize AI-powered tools and modern IDEs for faster development, debugging, and testing
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, improving performance, scalability, and stability
- Implement robust UI/UX with responsive and adaptive designs
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices
- Mentor junior developers and promote modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in mobile application development
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
- Strong experience with Flutter packages, plugins, and native integrations
- Proficiency in building complex UI and responsive layouts
- Solid understanding of state management techniques (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Hands-on experience with local databases (Hive, SQflite, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, AI IDEs)
- Strong understanding of software design principles and performance optimization
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working with native Android/iOS features and integrations
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub) and project management tools (JIRA)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build systems
- Background in fast-paced product-based environments
- Passion for leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and improve productivity
