Job Title: Consultant (Sr Software Engineer)

Experience Required: 3-6 Years

Location: Gurgaon (WFO only)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter Developer with strong expertise in iOS platform integration, native hardware capabilities, and GIS/map-based application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable Flutter applications with a deep understanding of iOS architecture, native integrations, and map-based mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
• Lead iOS-specific Flutter integrations involving native hardware capabilities and platform channels.
• Implement GIS and map-based functionalities using technologies such as MapLibre and ArcGIS.
• Develop and optimize offline map capabilities, tile caching, and geospatial data synchronization.
• Integrate native iOS functionalities including:
• GPS and background location tracking
• Camera and media handling
• Bluetooth/BLE integrations
• Sensors and device permissions
• Push notifications
• File system and local database storage
• Work with REST APIs, WebSockets, and geospatial APIs.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, rendering, and battery consumption on iOS devices.
• Implement robust local storage and offline-first architecture using SQLite, Isar, Hive, or Drift.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and release management.
• Handle App Store deployment, provisioning profiles, TestFlight, and iOS release management.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Deep understanding of Flutter architecture and state management.
• Experience with Riverpod, Bloc, Provider, or similar state management solutions.
• Strong understanding of Flutter rendering lifecycle and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of iOS platform architecture and app lifecycle.

Experience With

• Xcode
• CocoaPods / Swift Package Manager
• App Store deployment
• TestFlight
• Certificates (SSL)
• Background services and permissions
• Knowledge of Swift/Objective-C for native integrations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MapLibre and iOS map rendering optimization.
• Understanding of GPS tracking and background location handling on iOS.
• Experience with local database integration for offline maps and feature storage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering.
