Flutter developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Flutter Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, state management, clean architecture, and performance optimization, with a proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect user experiences across Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Build adaptive, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces from design specifications.
• Implement complex animations and smooth user interactions while maintaining 60/120 FPS performance.
• Design and develop modular, scalable, and testable architectures following Clean Architecture principles.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to rendering, scrolling, memory usage, and widget rebuilds.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and SDKs including Firebase and analytics platforms.
• Implement and manage push notifications, in-app purchases, deep linking, and authentication flows.
• Develop and maintain unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests to ensure application quality.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt Flutter best practices to improve development efficiency and application performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile app performance profiling and optimization at scale.
• Familiarity with Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools.
• Experience publishing applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of app security best practices and mobile architecture patterns.
• Exposure to GraphQL and advanced networking concepts is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
