Qualifications :

Essential: Candidate Should have bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience: 25 years of experience in digital transformation, AI, business analysis, or consulting Understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and AI-powered productivity tools. with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Open AI, Claude, Eleven labs, Sarvam, or similar AI platforms. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

The AI Functional Consultant acts as the bridge between business teams and AI development teams. This role identifies opportunities to apply AI, supports implementation, trains end users, and ensures AI solutions deliver measurable business value.

Identify business processes that can be improved using AI

Gather business requirements and translate them to AI development team

Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and test AI solutions.

Evaluate AI tools and recommend suitable technologies.

Train employees on AI applications, best practices, and responsible AI usage.

Provide first-level support for AI-related questions and issues.

Monitor AI solution performance and recommend continuous improvements.

Create documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and AI governance policies.

Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Key Personality Attributes:

Knowledge of prompt engineering.

Experience with AI governance and responsible AI practices.

Project management experience (Agile/Scrum is a plus).

Change management and user adoption expertise.

General:

Candidate should not be frequent job changer.

CTC:Around 10 LPA -12 LPA. CTC Not a constraint for suitable candidate.
