Were looking for energetic and qualified Team Leads/Fleet Coaches - Last Mile to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Mumbai.
If you have a good network of 2W delivery partners across various zones in Mumbai, this is your opportunity to join Indias leading quick commerce logistics platform.
You must be based near any of the following locations: Andheri, Malad, Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders: Onboarding riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders. Daily fleet availability, utilization & productivity tracking
Rider engagement and retention initiatives

Qualifications:

2-6 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
Education: Graduate and above
Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
Must have an owners mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.
