Were looking for energetic and qualified Fleet Managers- Last Mile to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Bangalore.
If you have a good network of 2W & 3W delivery partners across various zones in Bangalore, this is your opportunity to join Indias leading quick commerce logistics platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders Vendors: Sourcing riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

2-6 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
Education: Graduate and above
Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
Must have an owners mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.
