Significant, hands-on experience with FircoSoft, including deep knowledge of:
o Continuity V6
o Screening Preparation
o Firco Utilities
Strong development and configuration expertise using:
o SQL (MUST)
o Java, J2EE, Spring Boot (Optional)
o Shell Scripting
o Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
o Microservices and messaging technologies
Proven experience delivering and supporting FircoSoft solutions in large, complex, enterprise environments
Strong understanding of sanctions screening workflows and data processing at scale
End-to-end knowledge of the SDLC, including production support and operational resilience
Practical experience or formal training in Kubernetes and AWS concepts
Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), application resiliency, and security best practices
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to screening, alert reduction, or data analysis Good to have Experience working directly with compliance, risk, or sanctions teams Good to have
