Financial Services Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, product knowledge, and training programs for clients.
• Analyze client data to track performance metrics and optimize sales efforts.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in insurance or related field (banking sales, etc.).
• Strong understanding of various types of insurance products (life, health, property) and their applications.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
