Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in preparation of Financial Statement and ensuring the same is closed within the monthly timelines.
- Putting adequate control in place to ensure accurate reporting of financial numbers.
- Manage internal and statutory auditor observations and timely submission of audit related data.
- Lead / Assist in automation of manual process.
- Identifying areas of improvement in Financial Statement Closure Process – ‘ FSCP’
- Ensure improvement on month end related process and activities by putting adequate process and controls in place.
- Assist in special audits, RBI inspections and any other management activities which involve the Finance & Accounts department.
Key Accountabilities
- Timely & Accurate Financial Reporting.
- Process improvements and monitoring.
- 4 – 5 years of experience in NBFC/Banks
- CA
Excellent in Microsoft specifically Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Proficient understanding of Financial Statements.
