Financial Planning Analyst

We are looking for MBA/CMA freshers or candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecast tracking
• Work on Excel-based reports and dashboards
• Analyze data and provide basic financial insights
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports

Key Skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Good Excel knowledge
• Basic understanding of finance/P&L
• Attention to detail

Mandatory Skills

• MBA (Finance) / CMA fresher OR 01 year experience
• Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
• Strong numerical ability
• Willingness to work from Pune office

Secondary (Good to Have)

• Exposure to financial reporting
• Knowledge of Power BI / automation tools
• Interest in data analysis/GenAI
