Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

The role is to assist the Director in the areas of Financial Statement Analysis, MIS, Project evaluation, Inputs on Commercial and Investment Decisions. It also demands working with various Department Heads to collect Financial and other information to build Business Plan for the overall growth of the Organization. The incumbent has to oversee the performance of the Sales Department in terms of the set Targets for the Parent and subsidiary companies. Person in charge will have a strategic role and has to directly report to the Executive Chairman.

KPI/Deliverables

1) Study and brief the Financial MIS of Synthite Group and sister concerns

2) Monitor & Report the daily sales position of Synthite Bio Ingredients Division across various stakeholders. Set and Monitor the performance target given to the Marketing Team.

3) Oversee and control the financial aspects of Projects initiated by management.

4) Advise Management in taking Key Financial and investment decisions & proposals.

5) Implement and track the key milestones/ targets set for the Projects. Highlight the deviations and suggest corrective actions wherever necessary.

6) Analyzing the Material Profitability Reports across various divisions

7) Analyzing the cost of Purchase of various raw materials and highlighting key changes YOY.

8) Analyzing the working capital of Synthite group & providing key trends for decision making.

9) Monitoring the Domestic & International receivables.

10) Directly monitoring the marketing subsidiaries in US, Brazil, UAE, and S Europe. Collaborate with the auditors towards Transfer pricing & completion of audits.

11) Timely audits of the manufacturing plants in India.

12) Ensure compliance and statutory administration of foreign subsidiaries in UAE & USA.

13) Overseeing the Hospitality Division performance and projects.

14) Verification and approval of commission payments to various agents.

15) Collaborate with CFO & Corporate finance for various financial matters assigned.
