Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support the company's financial planning by managing budgeting.
forecasting, and strategic planning, collaborating with business units to gather input, analyze trends, and develop accurate financial models.
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted/forecasted performance, identify key drivers, and provide management with actionable insights.
Create clear, accurate financial reports for stakeholders, management, investors, and regulators, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Build and maintain financial models for business scenarios, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
Track KPIs & financial metrics, analyze trends, identify opportunities. or concerns, and recommend improvements.
Partner with teams to understand financial needs, provide insights.
and deliver guidance to support business goals.
Perform ad hoc analyses and projects, including market research, competitive and pricing analysis, to support growth & profitability.
Streamline financial processes, enhance reporting quality, and implement best practices and automation to optimize FP&A.
Identify financial risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, & policies while staying updated on regulatory changes & trends
