Financial due diligence

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct financial due diligence on transactions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Provide transaction advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to determine the feasibility of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business combinations.
• Develop comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations for clients.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in financial due diligence or related field (e.g., investment banking).
• Strong understanding of FDD (Financial Due Diligence) principles and practices.
• Proficiency in conducting complex financial analysis using various tools such as spreadsheets or software programs.
