Financial Due Diligence - FDD

• An understanding of financial statements and financial due-diligence procedures and processes;
• Company Analysis Understanding the Financial and Business side of company; assess the current trends and forecast the future growth trajectory Sector agnostic
• Industry Analysis - Preparation of comprehensive notes on industry trends and future outlook
• Conduct financial due diligence on target companies in MA transactions, IPOs, and other corporate transactions
• Analyze historical and projected financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Worked on key DD analysis such as Quality of Earnings, Net debt and Normalised Working Capital
• Prepare detailed due diligence reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
• Coordinate and communicate with other team members and external parties, including legal, tax, and valuation advisors
• Assist with the development and implementation of due diligence procedures and best practices
• Support other finance and accounting projects and initiatives as needed
  Valuation Analysis through various methods
