About the Role
We are hiring Manager & Associate Director Financial Due Diligence (FDD) professionals for a leading consulting firm in Mumbai.
The role involves managing and supporting buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence support to strategic clients and private equity investors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple FDD engagements for private equity and strategic clients.
• Analyze revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities, normalized earnings, net debt and working capital trends.
• Review forecasts, valuation assumptions and key business drivers.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including team supervision, review of fieldwork and reporting of findings.
• Coordinate with internal service lines such as Tax and other advisory teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support Partners in client relationship management and business development.
• Lead internal initiatives related to quality, risk and people.
• Manage and mentor Assistant Managers, Seniors and Associates.
• Support proposals, budgets, business development and practice-building initiatives.
