Job Description
Role & responsibilities
FP&A & Forecasting
- Manage the annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles for commercial, industrial, and residential solar loan portfolios.
- Track asset-liability management (ALM) mismatches and debt servicing capabilities, ensuring strict compliance with RBI liquidity risk frameworks for NBFC-NDs.
- Analyse monthly variances in CoF (Cost of Funds), NIMs (Net Interest Margins), and operational expenditures against target budgets.
- Drive revenue enhancement and cost-saving projects
Python Data Automation & Stress Testing
- Build Python models to automate portfolio-level analysis.
- Building dashboards for management for decision-making
- Automate RBI submission, bureau submissions, and credit memo preparation.
Executive Support
- Prepare memos for co-lending partnerships & board presentations
- Conduct financial feasibility studies on new solar credit structures, escrow mechanisms, and power purchase agreements (PPAs).
- Coordinate strategic initiatives across sales, risk and operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in FP&A or project finance within a lending institution
- Working knowledge of Python
- Systems: Advanced MS Excel modelling, SQL
- High attention to detail, analytical bent of mind
