Financial Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and business performance of stressed companies.
• Conduct financial due diligence and credit analysis.
• Prepare financial models, valuation reports, and restructuring proposals.
• Support debt resolution, restructuring, and turnaround assignments.
• Assist in preparing Information Memorandums (IMs), investor presentations, and reports.
• Perform industry, market, and competitor research.
• Coordinate with lenders, investors, legal advisors, and clients.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and management presentations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be a CA professional
• 1- 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Stressed Assets, Insolvency, Investment Banking, Credit Analysis, Valuation, or Corporate Finance.
• CA Freshers with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in stressed assets are encouraged to apply.
