Prepare monthly/annual financial closing reports, including audit schedules and GL to Sub-GL reconciliation with ageing.
Handle accounting controls such as assets, liabilities, income, and gains reconciliations, and perform ledger scrutiny.
Ensure compliance with financial processes, systems, and policies.
Conduct variance analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.

Job Requirements

Qualified CA with 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, and compliance.
Possess effective communication and presentation skills, along with strong project and time management skills.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Net-Suite Application.
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting is required.
Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.
