Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a proactive System Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing management of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and ERP solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into effective technical and functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for EPM and ERP initiatives.
Participate in solution design, configuration, and deployment activities across financial reporting and performance management domains.
Support end to end implementation of EPM tools (including Jedox) and various ERP platforms used by the organization.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operations post deployment.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Maintain proper documentation of solutions, workflows, and system configurations.
Training Development
Candidates will be provided dedicated time and support for self/assisted training and certification on the Jedox EPM platform, and for the ERP platform(s) used for implementation
