Finance Manager US,UK Accounting | Bookkeeping

Role & responsibilities

• Manage complete bookkeeping for US and UK clients.
• Perform bank, credit card, and payment gateway reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain General Ledger and Chart of Accounts.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and UK accounting standards.
• Coordinate with CPAs and external accountants during tax filing and audits.
• Review work completed by junior accountants and bookkeepers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
