Job Description
Role Overview
Intain is hiring a Finance Manager to modernize and automate our global accounting operations. You will manage our dual-entity financials (US parent/India subsidiary) and aggressively implement AI to automate management accounting and FP&A, reducing manual bottlenecks in our current tech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting, month-end close, and entity consolidation for the US Parent (QuickBooks/US GAAP) and Indian Sub (Zoho Books/Ind AS).
- Spearhead the adoption of AI and automation tools to eliminate manual reporting and build dynamic FP&A dashboards.
- Collaborate with our external Consultant CPA on compliance, while leading internal workflow optimization.
Requirements
- Strong practical understanding of US GAAP and Ind AS (CPA/CA is not required).
- Hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks and Zoho Books.
- Proven track record of deploying automation and AI tools for financial reporting and process efficiency.
- Experience managing multi-currency consolidations for a US-India corporate structure.
- Local candidate is preferred (Tamil language)
