Key Responsibilities:

1. Review contracts and Statements of Work (SOW) with customers to ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing.

2. Ensure timely accrual of related costs to support revenue recognition.

3. Collaborate with business owners, GL Team, Billing, and RAW Team to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.

4. Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.

5. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.

6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.

7. Communicate financial results and insights to US-based stakeholders, including business owners and finance teams.

Requirements:

1. MBA in Finance or related field.

2. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business finance, preferably in a shared services or outsourcing environment.

3. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles.

4. Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial planning software.

Nice to Have:

1. Certification in finance or accounting, such as CFA, CMA, or CPA.

2. Experience working with ERP systems, such as JD Edwards.

3. Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

4. Experience working in a global business environment, supporting US-based businesses.
