Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, budgeting, accounting, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure financial stability, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic business decisions through accurate financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking operations.
- Monitor company expenses and implement cost-control initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial performance to senior management.
- Analyze financial data to identify business trends and growth opportunities.
- Manage vendor payments, client collections, and working capital.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to improve financial performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, Busy, SAP, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
