Finance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and departmental financial plans.
• Review financial statements, invoices, and payment processes.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and financial documentation.
• Monitor expenditure and implement effective cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, audit, and financial regulations.
• Coordinate payroll data and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
• Coordinate with internal departments and management for financial planning and decision-making

Preferred candidate profile

• CA / CMA (ICWA) / MBA Finance / M.Com.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in the hospital or healthcare industry will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, Budgeting, MIS, and Financial Reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP/Hospital Information Systems and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
