Finance Manager

Description: Job Title: ManagerDepartment: FinanceKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA?S):Financial Model:Prepare requisite financial models for organic and inorganic business initiatives.New Projects Costing and Pricing:Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop costing models for various business proposals.Assist in finalizing prices for quotations.Audit:Prepare financial statements for audit.Manage financial data input in statements.Assist in the finalization of financials.Budgeting:Develop expense budgets for the company in consultation with various departments.Present budgets to management.Allocate final budgets to respective departments.Reports and Presentations:Prepare finance presentations with requisite data.Generate various reports, including monthly revenue and variance reports.Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variances/analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet.Debt Portfolio Management:Manage the company's debt portfolio.Engage with prospective lenders and/or investors for debt and/or equity financing.Key Skills/Abilities:Good working knowledge of MS-Excel.Capable of preparing/extracting required data and conducting analysis of various data points.Ability to prepare Management Information Systems (MIS) using data from various reports.Other Details:Expected Qualification: CA or CFA (preferably CA).Experience: 1-2 years.Job Location: Mumbai.
