Finance Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager Finance to lead and manage financial operations, taxation, ERP systems, and compliance. The role requires strong experience in Income Tax, GST, ERP systems, and financial reporting with the ability to independently manage finance functions.

Accounting & Financial Management

• Maintain books of accounts and manage month-end/year-end closing
• Prepare financial statements and audit schedules
• Ensure accuracy of provisions, accruals, and costing

Taxation (GST & Income Tax)

• Handle GST returns, reconciliations, and compliance
• Prepare and manage Income Tax returns (ITR)
• Coordinate tax assessments and notices
• Ensure TDS compliance and returns

ERP & Systems

• Work extensively on ERP (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Ensure data accuracy and system controls
• Support automation and reporting improvements

Banking & Working Capital

• Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow
• Handle vendor payments and receivables
• Support export documentation and eBRC

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare MIS, variance analysis, and management reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting

Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure statutory compliance
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and banks

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance (CA Inter / MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounts
• Strong exposure to Income Tax and GST compliance
• Hands-on ERP experience (Business Central preferred)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
