Position : Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities :
To lead and manage the organizations financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance, treasury, working capital, and credit control functions. The role requires strong expertise in manufacturing finance, inventory controls, cost management, statutory compliance, and business partnering within an FMCG/Food & Beverage environment.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial plans.
- Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances.
- Monitor product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing overheads.
- Manage accounts receivable, collections, debtor ageing, and credit risk.
- Monitor cash flow requirements and optimize fund utilization.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare and present MIS reports to management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
Experience
- 5 10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
- Mandatory experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing industries
- Experience in handling plant accounting, inventory management, costing, and working capital management
Preferred Candidate Profile
- CA or CA Inter with hands-on experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of inventory-heavy businesses and supply chain finance.
- Experience managing end-to-end finance operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to drive financial controls, process improvements, and business partnering.
