;We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the companys financial operations, manage the finance team, and ensure the organizations financial health. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, P&L management, statutory compliance, taxation, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to support business growth through sound financial decision-making.

;Financial Management
- ;Manage the overall finance and accounting functions of the organization.
- ;Prepare, review, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- ;Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- ;Ensure effective cash flow management and working capital optimisation.
- ;Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- ;Own and monitor the companys Profit & Loss (P&L).
- ;Analyse revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability.
- ;Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
- ;Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- ;Conduct financial modelling and business forecasting.
- ;Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights.
