We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Bengaluru.
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 10-15 Years
Qualification: Postgraduate in Finance (MBA Finance / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA or equivalent)
Industry Preference: Diagnostic Laboratory / Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:
Unit-wise MIS and Management Reporting
Monthly & Quarterly Financial Closure
Books Review, Trial Balance & Schedules
Budgeting & Variance Analysis
Revenue Finalization & Provision Analysis
Internal & External Audit Coordination
Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) Oversight
Invoice & Payment Approvals
Vendor Agreements & Financial Compliance
Inter-unit Reconciliations
Candidate Profile:
1015 years of relevant finance experience
Postgraduate in Finance (MBA Finance / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA or equivalent)
Well experienced in SAP FICO module (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, audits, AR/AP, and statutory compliance
Experience in the Diagnostic Laboratory/Healthcare industry will be preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Immediate joiners will be given preference
