Finance Manager - Development Finance

• CA Qualified ( Mandatory )

• 8 12+ years of experience in finance roles

• Expertise in Financial Reporting, Cash Position Management, and Balance Sheet Review

• Experience in Real Estate and/or Manufacturing sectors

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

• Manage financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)

• Monitor and control project cash position and forecasts

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Ensure compliance with IFRS and financial regulations

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders
