Establish and monitor the Controls framework along with the Assurance team and Analytics team.
Collaborate with Functional Leads, Process Owners, Controllers, Business Partners, and the Analytics team to ensure adherence to business, process, and technology aspects of the controls framework.
Regularly review KPIs and SLAs, ensuring all controls are monitored and reviewed with stakeholders.
Understand all aspects of Bunges internal controls monitoring efforts, especially first-line-of-defense positive assurance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Focus on driving process improvements and implementing best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Professional Degree with 20+ years of experience in a Global Business Services Environment.
Prior working experience in an MNC environment leading big teams across functions, specifically in F&A.
Strong knowledge of finance control tower operations and analytics.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets.
Working experience in Global Business Services Environment.
