Finance Analyst

Job Summary

This role is responsible for the end-to-end operational accounting of vendor funding programs, including allowances, billbacks and promotional support. The Analyst ensures accurate setup, tracking, reconciliation, and collection of vendor receivables while driving process efficiency and strengthening financial controls. You will partner with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of high-volume, business-critical transactions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain vendor funding agreements (e.g., promotional allowances, billbacks, marketing funds) within the accounting system.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording, tracking, and reconciliation of vendor funds and allowances.
• Track outstanding balances and support follow-ups for closure.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of vendor funding concepts such as allowances and billbacks.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
