As a Finance Analyst in Fuel Accounting, you will ensure accurate accounting for fuel sales, purchases, and inventory while driving reconciliations, closings, and process improvements. You'll collaborate with global finance teams to deliver timely, compliant financial results in a high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Participate in review calls, providing variance analysis and insights on inventory movements.
Maintain documentation, support SOX compliance, and assist with audit requirements.
Drive process simplification and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

CA / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) with 4-6 years of experience in accounting or controllership.
Prior experience in retail / Fuel accounting / FMCG accounting preferred.
Proficiency in Oracle and advanced Excel; exposure to Power BI or automation tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and collaborative mindset.
