Key Responsibilities:
Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and daily site activities
Ensure work quality and adherence to safety and compliance standards
Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues
Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor s in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong leadership and organizational skills
