Field Sales Executive

Purpose

We are hiring a performance-driven Field Sales Executive with strong experience in sample-based selling and on-ground retail expansion. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in meeting shop owners, demonstrating products, and closing deals in the market.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to retail shops, wholesalers & distributors in the assigned territory
• Carry and present product samples (bedsheets, towels, curtains, home linen items) to clients
• Explain product quality, pricing, and USP to finalize samples and close orders
• Convert leads into billing and ensure consistent order generation
• Drive secondary sales and ensure product movement from retailer counters
• Identify new shops/markets and onboard new retailers, distributors and whole saler to expand business reach
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with shop owners for repeat orders
• Track competitor products, pricing, schemes, and provide regular market feedback
• Plan daily routes, manage reporting, and ensure achievement of monthly targets

Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales (Home Linen is mandatory)
• Strong experience in sample showing & order finalization
• Good understanding of retail market dynamics
• Excellent communication, convincing & negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field work
• Ability to work independently and handle territory sales

Experience

• 2 to 3 years in field sales (Home Linen is mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications:

• SSC, HSC and Graduation
