Field Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with existing clients.
• Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations to promote various financial products such as personal loans, business loans, microfinance solutions, and credit cards.
• Process loan applications from start to finish by verifying customer documents, conducting credit checks, and ensuring timely disbursement of funds.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software and provide regular updates on sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) or related industries like lending or fintech.
• Strong understanding of unsecured loans, personal loans, business loan options available in the market.
• Excellent communication skills for effective pitching and negotiation during sales conversations.
