Field Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Visit customers and retail shops.
• Generate new leads and sales.
• Promote company products and services.
• Build good customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Submit daily field visit reports.
• Conduct market surveys.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 - 4 years of experience in Field Sales, Retail Sales, or FMCG Sales.
• Experience in handling retail outlets and distributors is preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willing to travel for field sales.
• Graduate preferred. Candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
