Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Electrical Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of low voltage electrical distribution systems by combining technical expertise with strong customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with electrical consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users
• Promote and sell electrical products such as non-metallic panels, enclosures, and industrial solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and follow up on quotations
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure timely collection of payments

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• 26 years of experience in electrical/industrial sales
• Strong technical knowledge and communication skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in government or railway projects
• Familiarity with EPC contractors
• Knowledge of tendering and project sales cycle
• CRM and MS Office proficiency
