Locations: Multiple locations (nearby candidates preferred)
Open Positions:
CM (Central Manager) Age below 25
Sr CM (Senior Central Manager) Age below 26 (Min 9 months MFI experience)
Salary Details:
Freshers: 15,000 - 16,000 + Incentives + Travelling Allowance
Experienced: 2025% hike on current salary
Job Role:
Field-based role involving group loan process, customer handling, loan disbursement and collections.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage a portfolio of group loans, ensuring timely disbursement and recovery.
Conduct field visits to assess creditworthiness of borrowers and monitor their progress.
Identify new business opportunities through networking with local communities and partners.
Maintain accurate records and reports on loan applications, approvals, and repayments.
Job Requirements :
0-1 year experience in microfinance or NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company).
Strong understanding of MFI (Microfinance Institution) operations and regulations.
Excellent communication skills for effective field work and client interactions.
Ability to analyze financial data and make sound lending decisions.
