Job Title: Field Recruiter Last Mile Delivery Location: Delhi / Noida / Gurgaon / Faridabad Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Job Overview:
We are looking for energetic and passionate Field Recruiters to support hiring for last mile delivery operations. The role involves hiring delivery boys, riders, and picker/packers by visiting local areas, sourcing candidates, and ensuring quick onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field hiring for delivery executives, riders, and warehouse staff
- Visit local areas, hubs, and hotspots to source candidates
- Screen and shortlist candidates through face-to-face interactions
- Coordinate with candidates for onboarding and documentation
- Maintain daily hiring reports and follow - ups
- Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate
- Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/field hiring
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Willingness to travel and work on - field
- Confident, proactive, and result-driven attitude
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to 25,000 (Fixed)-30000k (fixed) + Incentives
- Travelling Allowances provided
- Permanent role with growth opportunities
Work Details:
- Day Shift
- Week Off: Sunday fixed + 2nd & 4th Saturday
