Role & responsibilities

Drive end-to-end bulk hiring of delivery partners/ riders (blue collar hiring)

-Must be willing to go on field if required

-Conduct field visits and execute walk-in drives and local outreach activities

-Source candidates via on-ground channels, social media, referrals & community networks

-Manage interview coordination, documentation, and onboarding

-Maintain hiring dashboards

Preferred candidate profile

Only male candidates with blue collar/bulk hiring experience required

Net take home salary-3K+PF
