Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  
• Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, following up on leads, and ensuring timely communication.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in field recruitment or related field (bulk hiring, mass recruitment).
  
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
