Summary: We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Field Recruiter to join our growing supply chain team. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for onboarding Delivery Partners (riders/drivers) across designated territories. This role requires on-ground recruitment efforts, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience: 2+ years of field recruitment or high-volume hiring experience (logistics, e-commerce, food delivery, ride-hailing preferred).

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

Skills:

• Prior experience hiring blue-collar workers such as drivers, riders, or warehouse staff.
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong local network and knowledge of assigned geography
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area
• Basic data entry and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Languages: Local language (Telugu) proficiency is mandatory. English/Hindi is a plus.
