Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and perform network configuration as needed.
- Perform on-site visits for equipment installation, maintenance, or repair.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Male candidates preferrable.
- Two wheeler is mandatory.
