HR & Operations Executive (Payroll | Billing | Dispatch)
Location: Kurumbapalayam, Coimbatore
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers are welcome)
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and multi-skilled candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our organization. The ideal candidate should be willing to handle HR, payroll, billing, dispatch, and administrative responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in billing, invoicing, and dispatch of finished goods.
* Support payroll and wage processing activities.
* Coordinate new employee joining formalities and induction.
* Maintain biometric attendance and register new employees in the attendance system.
* Prepare and maintain HR records and employee documentation.
* Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth daily operations.
* Support office administration and other operational activities.
* Be an all-rounder with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
* Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to support business operations.
Candidate Requirements
* Any Graduate (MBA HR/BBA/B.Com preferred).
* Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
* Good computer knowledge is essential.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) is mandatory.
* Knowledge of Tally ERP will be an added advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of work.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
* Candidates residing in or around Kurumbapalayam, Saravanampatti, Keeranatham, Kovilpalayam, Kalapatti, Idigarai, Ganapathy, and nearby areas of Coimbatore will be preferred.
