Role & responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes according to the prescribed care plan.
• Monitor vital signs and assess the patient's overall health condition.
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care as prescribed.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, feeding, and mobility, when required.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication, and home care practices.
• Identify changes in the patient's condition and promptly report them to the physician or care coordinator.
• Ensure infection prevention and patient safety standards are maintained.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Preferred candidate profile

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with a valid Nursing Council registration.
• 13 years of clinical or homecare nursing experience (preferred).
• Good clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes and work flexible shifts.
