About SucSEED
SucSEED is the Investment Manager of SEBI-registered SucSEED Indovation Fund, a Category-I Venture Capital Fund focused on supporting early-stage startups through capital, mentorship, and ecosystem building.
About the Fellowship
The SucSEED Founders Office Fellowship is a full-time, 12-month program designed for ambitious individuals looking to build a career in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and the startup ecosystem. The program offers hands-on exposure to the strategic support, operational, investor, and execution aspects involved in building and scaling a venture platform.
Fellows will work closely with the leadership team across high-impact initiatives, gaining first-hand experience in fundraising, fund operations, investor management, ecosystem development, portfolio support, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives.

Support investor relations, onboarding, communication, stakeholder coordination, Office Team management

Work closely with the Fund Accounting and Finance teams on reporting, tracking, fund operations, Compliance related support, processes and handling online/ offline banking-related work related with the Fund Entities. .

Support outreach, investor lead generation, sales coordination, and relationship management.

Coordinate execution across partnerships, events, and ecosystem initiatives.

Help build and manage collaborations with institutional and ecosystem partners.

Drive cross-functional project management and ensure timely execution across initiatives.

Support portfolio companies on value creation and operational requirements.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for highly curious, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented individuals who are excited to build within the venture ecosystem.
Ideal candidates would:

Have strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Be comfortable working across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.

Have 1 3 years of experience or educational background in business administration, finance, commerce, economics, engineering, management, marketing, operations, entrepreneurship, project management

Possess strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, financial concepts, and emerging AI/productivity tools.

Have an interest in startups, venture capital, fundraising, finance, and ecosystem building would be additionally beneficial .

Be proactive self-starters who enjoy taking ownership and driving execution.

Be performance-oriented with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Have prior exposure to startups, client-facing roles, operations, community building, or project management (preferred).

Be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate and work from office.
